Living Like He’s Alive

Matthew 28:18-20 — Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

God calls us to do things that we know we can't do on our own. God puts in front of us opportunities to tap into His power. When Jesus returned to his disciples after He had been raised from the grave, He didn't waste much time consoling them. Instead, He challenged them! He challenged them to live as people who knew He was alive.

The challenge prompted his followers to go urgently and make learners of God. That challenge was built on the power of God that raised Jesus from the grave. That power is in us today, and the challenge is still the same - Live like He is Alive!
